Correction to Article on Netflix

I have just received a commment on my previous article from Eric, an American living abroad who said that he joined up for Netflix, tried to download a movie and was denied access. After communicating with Netflix, it seems that their system doesn't allow access to anyone coming in from a foreign IP number. This is a huge bummer!

I apologize that the technology I wrote about in fact won't work for people abroad. Being situated in the U.S. at the moment, I did not experience this situation when testing it out myself.

Back to square one for movies I guess.

To solve this problem and download digital movie or music from store such as itune or netflix when you are abroad I would recommend to hide your country IP address and replace it a US IP address. Check this kind of service at iprivacytools.com.
